Hi.

We would like to present you in detail every job from this team so you can know clearly who does what in the team.

You can see who is who in the team here on Team Structure thread!

Gladiatus.US Team has two sub-teams: Game Team and Board Team (or Forum Team). There is a superior for these two teams and he is the Community Manager.
Team members can be: trials or full team members.
We will describe each job in particular.

1. Trial Game Operator (abbreviation: TGO)

Trial Game Operator

I. Trial Game Operator's Definition.

Trial Game Operator does the same job as regular Game Operator (or full Game Operator).
The only difference is that they are being watched more closely and that eventually a time comes when the Game Administrator decide whether to make them a full GO or to release them from their duties.

II. Trial Game Operator's Duties.
  • Multiaccounts:
    • searching for multi-accounting with and without a complaint;
    • processing the report and taking action accordingly;

  • Bashing: processing the report and taking action accordingly;
  • Swearing and insults: processing the report and taking action accordingly;
  • Account theft: processing the report and taking action accordingly;
  • IP Share: approving it or declining it;
  • Offering technical support issues: troubles logging in,etc;
  • Making sure that the established game rules are followed and understood by all players.
III. How to contact the Trial Game Operator.

You can contact a TGO regarding in-game problems, via: IRC or Ticket Support System.

IV. How to complain about a Trial Game Operator:

If you have a complaint about a TGO, you can always contact a Super Game Operator.

Game Operator

I. Game Operator's Definition.

There is one, sometimes two, GameOperators (GO's) per game server responsible for keeping the peace. The GO is like a referee in a sports game, they are in charge of applying the Game Rules .

II. Game Operator's Duties.

  • Multiaccounts

3. Super Game Operator (abbreviation: SGO)

Super Game Operator

I. Super Game Operator's Definition.

Super Game Operators are the next level after the Game Operators. If you have complaints about the Game Operators you can contact their specific Super Game Operator and they will look into the situation.
The Super Game Operator (or SGO) is comparable to an assistant manager in a restaurant. They do not do much direct rule enforcement themselves.

II. Super Game Operator's Duties.
  • Watching the Game Operators and handling complaints about the Game Operators;
  • If a Game Operator does not reply to a report or ticket within 48 hours, you can contact the Super Game Operator for his server and he will handle it;
  • Replacing a Game Operator when the GO is on vacation.
III. How to contact the Super Game Operator.

You can contact the Super Game Operator via: Ticket Support System , IRC.

IV. How to complain about a Super Game Operator.

If you are not satisfied with the answer of an SGO, you can contact the Game Administrator only after you discussed the problem with the SGO first!

Game Administrator

I. Game Administrator's Definition.

Game Administrators are the highest instance on the game side.

II. Game Administrator's Duties
  • Processing new staff applications;
  • Tracking and reporting in-game bugs to GameForge;
  • Bringing the news from GameForge to the community;
  • Verifying Bug Using a and taking action accordingly;
  • Reporting when a server is down or does not work properly;
  • Replacing an absent Super Game Operator;
  • Watching over the Super Game Operators;
  • Watching over the Game Operators;
  • Forwarding popular suggestions to GameForge;
  • Administrative internal work;
  • Handling tickets/reports that were not handled by an SGO within 48 hours;
  • Handling complaints about an SGO.
III. How to contact the Game Administrator.

The Game Administrator can be contacted via IRC, Ticket Support System .

IV. How to complain about a Game Administrator.


Complaints about the Game Administrator are to be sent to the Community Manager.

Trial Board Moderator

I. Trial Board Moderator's Definition.

Trial Moderators do the same job as regular Moderators.
The only difference is that they are being watched more closely and that eventually a time comes when the Board Administrators decide whether to make them a full MOD or to release them from their duties.

II. Trial Board Moderator's Duties.
  • Helping new players with questions;
  • Moderating the entire board since they are not assigned to a specific section;
  • Making sure that the forum is being kept in order;
  • Looking for illegal signatures;
  • Looking for illegal forum nick-names;
  • Handling reported posts.

2. Board Moderator (abbreviation: MOD)

Board Moderator



I. Board Moderator's Definition.

Board Moderators (MODs) are in charge of specific sections of the board (sometimes servers, sometimes Help & Questions, sometimes off-topic sections, etc) and are responsible for all board related issues in those sections.
Moderators are enforcing the Rules on the Forum. They are the first contact person for players to report rule violations to and to ask for help.
II. Board Moderator's Duties.

- Processing reported posts and issue warnings when needed;
- Keeping the guides up to date;
- Monitoring the threads in their sections and enforcing the Board Rules there;
- Helping new players with questions;
- Closing and opening threads when needed.

III. How to contact the Board Moderator.

You can contact a Board Moderator via Ticket Support System, IRC.

Super Board Moderator

I. Super Board Moderator's Definition.

Super Moderators are the next level after the Moderators. If you have complaints about the Moderators you can contact a Super Moderator and they will look into the situation.
The Super Board Moderator(SMOD) is the board team counterpart to the SGO.

II. Super Board Moderator's Duties.
  • Training Trial Board Moderators;
  • Helping new Moderators;
  • Watching over the Moderators and ensuring the work gets done;
  • Replacing a Moderator that is on vacation;
  • Helping to keep everything up to date and the Forum clean;
  • Handling complaints about the Board Moderators.
III. How to contact the Super Board Moderator.

The SMOD can be contacted via Ticket Support System, IRC.
For questions and general things : via forum message

IV. How to complain about a Super Board Moderator.

If you have a complaint regarding the Super Board Moderator you may contact the Board Administrator, only after you have discussed with the SMOD your problem!

I. Board Administrator's Definition.

The Board Administrator (BA) is in charge of keeping the forum running, as well as introducing new features to the board.
Board Administrators are the highest instance on the board side. If you want to complain about a Super Moderator you can contact them.
If a Super Moderator does not reply to a message within 48 hours, go ahead and send it to a Board Administrator.

II. Board Administrator's Duties.
  • Processing new staff applications;
  • Banning board users that were warned a couple of times;
  • Bringing the news from GameForge to the community ;
  • Helping new Moderators with questions;
  • Reporting when the board is down or does not work properly;
  • Watching over the board staff;
  • Forwarding popular suggestions to GameForge;
  • Administrative internal work;
  • Handling complaints about SMOD;
  • Responsible for complaints that are not resolved at the SMOD level.

*Community Manager (abbreviation: CoMa)

Community Manager

I. Community Manager's Definition.

The Community Manager (CoMa) is responsible for overseeing the entire community he is assigned to.
The Community Manager is employed by GameForge and often also works at their headquarters, acting as the bridge between the Community and GameForge.

II. Community Manager's Duties.
  • Forwarding the bugs and suggestions that were reported to them to the programmers;
  • Being in contact with the Administrators;
  • Announcing new updates or new servers to the Administrators so they can inform the community;
  • Checking that the community is run well by the Administrators;
  • Complaints not resolved by the BA or GA should be directed to the CoMa for further assistance;
  • The CoMa is the ultimate authority both in game and on the forum, he is the direct connection to GameForge for the community.
III. How to contact the Community Manager.

You are not allowed to contact the Community Manager if you have not discussed your problem with every team member involved first.
You have to contact everyone and if you really are not satisfied with a decision then you are allowed to contact the Community Manager.
You can contact the Community Manager via forum message, IRC, e-mail.
There is no possibility for you to complain about the CoMa.
